HOW MUCH IS THE COURSE?

$12. This includes everything: the course, the test (unlimited chances to pass), and Missouri processing fees.

HOW LONG IS THE COURSE?

8 hours. This is the mandated time for the Missouri Driver Improvement course.

WHAT ABOUT FEES FOR MISTAKES IN MY PROFILE?

I'm glad you asked! If you make a mistake on your profile, then I have to go into the system and manually resubmit your information for you. For this, I charge $10. I have put check boxes on the profile intake form to prevent mistakes, as the two most common mistakes are a wrong date of birth, and a misspelled or abbreviated first name. I would rather not have the hassle.

I GOT AN ERROR CODE WHEN I TRIED TO OPEN THE VIDEO. IT SAID "Your browser version does not support the video. Time to upgrade!" WHAT DO I DO?

You run a Google search (or other search engine) on how to upgrade whichever browser you are using. Examples of browsers are Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Netscape. There are several more browsers, and the example was just to let you know what part of the internet is the "browser". If you are using Firefox, then run a Google search on how to upgrade Firefox.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

It's easy!

  1. Click the button that says Enter the Course, and you will be taken to a page to create your profile. You will be sent a confirmation email, and you must click on that link to enter the course.

  2. Take the course at your own pace, and take the test as many times as you need to pass. Come and go as you please. There is no time limit, and you will not lose any time accrued.

  3. When you pass the test, you will see a "Congratulations" page, and your Form 4444 will be emailed to you immediatley. Check your spam box. Mail one copy of the form to the court, and one copy to the address on the bottom of the page of the form.

I CAN'T FIND MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL! IT WAS NEVER SENT TO ME!

The reasons this happens are as follows:

      1. You need to wait a moment and refresh your email
      2. It may have been filtered into your spam folder
      3. You created your account with a wrong email

Refresh your email after 5 minutes and check your spam box. If you still do not see it, try to create another profile, and be VERY CAREFUL that your email is entered correctly.

CAN YOU RESEND ME A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

No, it is automated and it is something we simply are not able to do. Because we need your email confirmed so that we can assure you get your certificate number, we need you to check your spam folder and to refresh your inbox a few minutes after you submitted your profile.

DO I HAVE TO TAKE THE COURSE ALL IN ONE SITTING? CAN I LEAVE AND COME BACK?

Come and go as you please. There is no time limit on taking the course. You keep all the the time you have already spent in the course, so you lose nothing by leaving and then returning later. Also, you get unlimited chances to pass the test.

When you pass the test, your success is automatically processed with the state of Missouri, and you are given a link to print or download your certificate immediately.
